What products does BISTE supply?

BISTE supplies aftermarket air suspension parts for passenger cars, with a focus on luxury vehicles and EVs. The main categories are air suspension struts and shock absorbers, air springs, air compressors, and valve blocks. The range covers selected applications for brands including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Land Rover, Porsche, Tesla, HongQi and ZEEKR.

Which vehicles do your parts fit?

Fitment is product-specific. A part may fit only a certain model generation, production year, drivetrain, suspension option, axle position or left/right side. Please use the fitment information on the product page as a guide and ask us to confirm the exact application before placing an order.

How can I make sure I order the correct part?

Please send as much of the following information as possible: - OE/OEM number from the original part, or the BISTE part number; - vehicle make, model, production year and chassis/platform code; - VIN (the last 8 digits are usually sufficient for an initial check); - engine, drivetrain and steering configuration where relevant; - suspension specification, such as EDC, PASM, Airmatic, VDS or adaptive air suspension; and - required position, for example front/rear and left/right. Our team will use this information to check the appropriate replacement reference. Final responsibility for confirming the vehicle specification remains with the buyer and installer.

Can I identify a part by an OE/OEM number?

Yes. OE/OEM numbers are the preferred starting point for a fitment inquiry. We can also check BISTE part numbers, model information and available cross-references. OE/OEM numbers are used for identification and compatibility reference only; they do not indicate that the product is made by, endorsed by or affiliated with the vehicle manufacturer.

What is the difference between an air strut, an air spring, a compressor and a valve block?

- **Air strut / shock absorber:** combines damping with the air-suspension structure on applicable vehicles. - **Air spring:** the rubber bellows that supports vehicle load and ride height. - **Compressor:** produces compressed air for the system. - **Valve block:** distributes and controls air between the compressor, reservoir and suspension corners. The correct repair solution depends on diagnosis of the complete system; a failed compressor, for example, may be caused by a leak elsewhere in the air-suspension system.

Do you supply complete assemblies and individual repair parts?

Availability depends on the application. Some products are supplied as complete strut or compressor assemblies; selected applications are also available as individual air springs, valve blocks or repair components. Please provide the required OE/OEM number or vehicle details so we can confirm the supplied configuration.

Are left and right air struts interchangeable?

Not always. Struts can be side-specific and may differ by mounting point, sensor bracket, electrical connector or damping specification. Always confirm the stated axle and side before ordering or installation.

Are your parts compatible with electronic/adaptive suspension systems?

Some applications are designed for specific electronic or adaptive systems, such as EDC, PASM, Airmatic or other vehicle-specific configurations. Compatibility must be checked against the OE/OEM number and the vehicle’s original suspension specification. Do not assume that a visually similar part will communicate correctly with the vehicle.

How do you control product quality?

BISTE states that products are inspected and tested before shipment. The checks vary by category: compressors are tested for functions such as working pressure and operation; valve blocks for pressure leakage, solenoid function and electrical continuity; and struts for leakage, damping performance and pressure-cycle performance. Ask for the product-specific inspection information when it is required for your order.

Which quality documents or certifications can you provide?

BISTE’s published materials reference ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 and CE documentation for applicable products and markets. Certification and compliance requirements are not identical for every product or destination. Please tell us your target market and required standard before ordering; we will confirm the documentation available for the exact item. Do not make an import or regulatory claim until the relevant documents have been reviewed.

Is installation straightforward?

Many products are intended as OE-style replacement parts, but installation must follow the vehicle manufacturer’s repair procedure. Air suspension work can involve pressurized air, electrical systems, calibration and diagnostic tools. We recommend installation by a qualified technician and a complete system inspection before replacing the part.

Does a new compressor need coding or calibration?

This depends on the vehicle. Some vehicles may require fault-code clearing, ride-height calibration, compressor parameter reset or other diagnostic procedures after installation. Check the vehicle service information and confirm the procedure with a qualified technician.

What should be checked before replacing an air suspension compressor?

Check the air springs, lines, fittings, valve block, relay/fuse and electrical supply for leaks or faults. Replacing a failed compressor without correcting a system leak or electrical issue can cause premature failure of the replacement unit and may affect warranty eligibility.

What warranty do you offer?

The current published limited-warranty policy states: - **24 months:** air suspension shock absorbers/struts and air suspension compressors. - **12 months:** air suspension repair kits, including individual air springs, rubber sleeves, valve blocks and compressor kits. Coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and is limited to the original purchaser. The applicable warranty for a specific product is the policy and confirmation supplied with that order.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The published policy excludes, among other things, incorrect installation, failure to follow service procedures, labor or diagnostic costs, misuse, vehicle modification, accident or environmental damage, normal wear, and failures caused by pre-existing or concurrent system faults. Please read the warranty policy before purchase, especially for workshop or resale applications.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact the support team before returning any part. Provide the invoice or proof of purchase, a description of the fault, clear photos or videos showing the part number and issue, and—where required—a technician’s diagnostic report. If inspection is needed, BISTE will issue return authorization and instructions. Do not return a product without authorization.

Can I buy samples or small trial quantities?

Yes. When requesting a quotation, tell us the item number, quantity, destination and whether the order is a sample, trial order or bulk purchase. Availability and pricing depend on the specific product and stock status.

What is your MOQ?

There is no single MOQ that applies to every product or order. MOQ depends on the product, stock status, packaging and whether customization is required. For OEM/private-label projects, MOQ is required and varies by product type and customization level. Send your product list and target quantity for confirmation.

Can I mix different items in one order?

Mixed orders may be possible for standard items, subject to stock, packing and order requirements. Please send a part-number list and quantity for each item so we can confirm availability and provide a consolidated quotation.

Do you offer OEM, ODM and private-label service?

Yes. BISTE supports custom logos, labels, packaging and selected product/repair-kit combinations for qualified OEM and private-label projects. The usual process is to confirm the item, artwork and specifications, agree on MOQ and commercial terms, approve samples where needed, then arrange production and shipment.

What do you need for a private-label project?

Please provide the product list, estimated order quantity, destination market, branding requirements and final high-resolution/vector artwork for logos and packaging. Product-specific compliance, packaging and lead-time requirements should be confirmed in the quotation or contract.

How can I request a quotation?

Send the OE/OEM number or BISTE part number, vehicle fitment information, quantity, destination country, preferred shipping method, packaging requirements and any required certification or documentation. A complete inquiry allows us to confirm fitment, price, lead time and shipping options accurately.

Which payment terms are available?

Payment arrangements depend on the order type and will be shown in the quotation, proforma invoice or contract. For OEM orders, the published terms describe a deposit before production and balance payment before shipment; the exact terms must be confirmed for each order.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are shipped from BISTE’s central warehouse and logistics hub in Guangzhou, China. We can arrange express, air freight and sea freight options, and can also discuss use of a buyer’s nominated freight forwarder.

What is the order-processing and delivery time?

For in-stock standard items, published processing time is typically **1–3 business days after payment confirmation**. Custom, OEM, large-volume and out-of-stock orders require a separately confirmed lead time. Transit time depends on the destination and transport method; it is not included in processing time.

Which shipping methods are available?

Available options include express carriers, standard air parcel, air freight and sea freight. As a general guide, express delivery is about 5–10 business days to many major destinations; air freight is commonly 7–15 business days; and sea freight is commonly 30–60 days. Actual timing, routing and freight cost must be confirmed in the quotation.

Who is responsible for import duties and taxes?

For international shipments, the buyer is generally responsible for import duties, customs-clearance charges and local taxes at destination. BISTE’s published policy generally refers to DAP/DDU terms. Confirm the agreed Incoterm, importer-of-record responsibility and local compliance requirements before payment.

How are products packed?

Standard products are packed in durable multi-layer cartons with protective inner materials. Large freight shipments may use pallets or crates. Neutral packing is available for standard orders; custom branded packing is available for qualifying OEM/private-label orders.

What should I do if goods arrive damaged or are delayed?

Inspect the package on delivery. If damage is visible, refuse the delivery where possible or record the damage with the carrier, then notify BISTE promptly with the order number and clear photos. For a delayed shipment, provide the tracking number and order reference so a carrier trace can be started.

Can I get technical information or installation support?

For a product-specific inquiry, send the part number, OE/OEM reference and vehicle details. We can provide available fitment guidance, product information and ordering support. Installation must still follow the vehicle manufacturer’s service procedure and be carried out by a qualified technician. **Need a fitment check or quotation?** Send the OE/OEM number, vehicle details, quantity, destination market and required documents to BISTE before ordering.
